Erik Knuth

At a young age, Erik was led to and guided by profound teachers in the scientific study of balancing the body, breath and mind.  Throughout the last 2erik4smaller decades, he has conducted extensive research into sensory integration and yogic science.  Inspired to share his knowledge with others, he has designed sequences of movement and body awareness concepts that make up Unified Body Method™. Erik is a Licensed Bodyworker specializing in somatic education, a Registered Yoga Teacher and long-time student of Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, PhD., of the Himalayan Yogic Tradition. 


Cheri Knuth

Cheri Knuth is an experienced holistic practitioner, nationally certified massage therapist and Reiki Master Teacher. For over 18 years she has been living and working with the philosophies of yogacheri2smaller2 and wellness within her exploration of the many ways to balance mind, body and spirit. Through her education at Blue Sky Massage School and her time spent at the Himalayan Institute, Cheri brings a variety of lifestyle techniques and suggestions within her classes and sessions.

Cheri currently offers Reiki training and private sessions, flower essence therapy, as well as a variety of classes and workshops.   She also offers Unified Body Method™ weekly group classes which combine somatic education with the essence of yoga. Cheri is the creator and co-instructor of the Unified Youth programming.  She currently manages the In Good Health nutrition store within Blue Sky Massage School in Grafton, WI, and is the holistic health and yoga instructor for the massage students.

Maureen Hargarten, LMT, RYT

"Life's journey has led me to bodywork, practicing yoga and encouraging spiritual growth.  Our breath is one of our most powerful instruments.  Through focus and meditation, we become aware and learn to listen to our bodies.  My hope is to touch the lives of those in need and to make a difference in their well-being.  Through the benefits of massage, the energy we share and the quiet that allows for reflection - a peaceful balance can bemo duoachieved.  The ultimate goal is to assist people in relieving their stress and managing their pain so that they may enjoy happier healthier lives."

Maureen has been a Massage Therapist for 10 years and a graduate of Blue Sky School of Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork.  Her work consists of a variety of modalities including neuromuscular therapy, relaxation and energy work. Maureen has been practicing Yoga for 15 years.  She completed her 200 hour RYT in 2010 with Meg Galarza at Yoga One Studios.  She has been practicing Unified Body Method (UBM) for 5 years and completed Instructor Training Level 1 in May 2013 with Erik Knuth the creator of UBM. She has been teaching UBM classes in Cedarburg for a year and is so excited to share this modality with you!

Pam Miller

Pam Miller is a newly certified 200 hour RYT, graduating from Kanyakumari, Yoga and Ayurveda School, in Milwaukee Wisconsin.  Pam also has training in yoga for teens and youth fromKarma Kids- out of New York and Yoga Ed- out of Pittsburg and in August she will be learning about a program for youth called "Street Yoga”-out of Portland, OR.  Pam is a Reiki Master.


Pam’s love and passion in working with children began with her studies as an educator.  After graduating from UW Madison with a BA in International Relations, she earned her teaching degrees at University of Cardinal Stritch (Elementary Education) and Alverno College (Bilingual Education). Pam also has an MS in Library and Information Technologies from UW Whitewater. She is fluent in Spanish.

Pam’s dream is to help bring yoga to the city of Milwaukee’s public schools. Her hope is to share the benefits and gifts yoga offers us all; empowering children with self care and self awareness, leading them to a healthy, peaceful life, and more connected to their inner self. Pam is very honored to be a part of the Unified Body Wellness Institute. She looks forward to growing as a yoga teacher for both children as well as adults in this very healing, loving and supportive environment.

Susie Raymond

Susie is a spiritually open minded person who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and guiding them to discover themselves more fully.  She has made a variety of careersusie head shot 911sepia2transitions throughout her life continually on the journey of self care and family/work/life balance.  She has a Business/marketing degree and spent 13 years in Retail management and the corporate office overseeing Store Operations and Customer Service for a large local retail company.  She opted to follow her heart and started her own wellness business, White Sage Spa, in 1999.  She has transitioned this business model through multiple changes, understanding the challenges and joys of owning and working in a sustainable business that supports her needs and desires.

Something Susie often hears from first time clients is “thank you, I felt so comfortable.”  Susie values the gift of creating safe space for anyone to come and enjoy each of the modalities in which she works and plays.  Susie has a passion for education and naturally sharing her knowledge.   Susie has been practicing Unified Body Method for over three years and has completed the Teacher/training program in June of 2013.  She is delighted to teach and share this inspired modality to all.  Susie brings these universal unifying concepts into each area of her life.  She is a natural Life Coach, Reiki master/teacher, and Esthetician she has been on this path for over 15 years.  Play in a safe place at UBWI or at her business White Sage Spa in Mequon.  Come and share in the universal light through movement and transformation.  Namaste

Tara Tzimopolous

Tara is a Reiki Master and a Certified Masage Therapist from Blue Sky Massage School in Grafton, WI. She currently is a Massage Therapist and spa attendant at the American Club's Kohler Waters Spa. Tara is a co-instructor for the Unified Youth teen workshops and looks forward to helping the program grow. Her experience with youth groups, her musical talents, and her amazing personality make her an exceptional addition to the Unified Wellness team.taraduo

Barrie Springhetti
Barrie Springhetti has been practicing massage and neuro-muscular therapies for over thirteen years. She is a graduate of Lakeside School of Massage Therapy where she was an instructor of massage and aromatherapy.110_f_18125595_fv0juzfuz3jtsc89f8xdrebevyy3tryzSince 2010, Barrie has studied Unified Body Method™ and somatics with Erik at UBWI and then completed the UBM™ Instructor Training Program in June 2013.  As a student and teacher of UBM™, Barrie emphasizes the profound impact that this training has had on her professional practice as well as enriched her personal sense of overall wellness.  She is currently assisting with therapy sessions at the Institute for those inflicted with debilitating conditions such as MS, stroke, and other chronic pain.
