Class Descriptions:

Unified Body Method (UBM™): This leading-edge movement method combines the energetic heart of Yoga with the science of Somatics. Explore gentle, restorative movements that will encourage your mind to settle and your body to return to a balanced place. Whether you are working through physical discomfort, or ready to deepen your connection to your inner Self, these classes will leave you feeling at ease, peaceful and ready for your day. No experience needed...just the inner calling to improve your well-being!

Unified Body Method - Breath Awareness Series: Proper breathing is the cornerstone and basic foundation of mental, physical and emotional health. Learning to breathe diaphragmatically can reduce anxiety, stress and pain in the body. This series will deepen your personal connection with breath as you practice replenishing and renewing every aspect of your being through gentle UBM™ movement, breathing practices, and systematic relaxation as taught by the Himalayan adepts.  Prior experience not required...just bring your breath!

Unified Body Method Joint Mobility Series: Research shows that flexibility of joints and elasticity of muscles and tendons can help us maintain vitality of mind and body from youth on into our senior years. In this series, we will gently and safely explore the pure movements of our shoulders, hips, back, and all parts head to toe.  Whether you are the fittest athlete or simply interested in restoring comfort in mobility to a strained or restricted movement, this class will suit you.  The instructor brings over 14 years of experience as a professional bodywork therapist and teacher.  Prior experience not required...all you need is an intent to progress!
